What a theme for an article published in CRM Reloaded’s blog! But, to quit smoking while trying to create your start up was important enough for me to share with you. A few words for smokers who would like to quit: This is no miracle recipe, just a simple experience.

Why this 2.0 ?
To select a name for our application was a very difficult process, and among all that we came up with, FeedBack 2.0 is the one that stood out. The FeedBack part describes perfectly what it is for, and we all need feedback in order to grow.
But why 2.0 , what does it mean?

Feedback2.0, what does that mean ?
Now you know our logo, you are probably wondering: what is Feedback 2.0? And what does it have to do with CRM even if it is Reloaded ?
If you read the first articles of this blog, you probably understood we have issues with CRM (tools for customer relations): lack of customer understanding.
