I quit smoking !
What a theme for an article published in CRM Reloaded’s blog! But, to quit smoking while trying to create your start up was important enough for me to share with you. A few words for smokers who would like to quit: This is no miracle recipe, just a simple experience.
I just really wanted to quit smoking. I could not stand myself as a smoker anymore. To my belief, that is the only reason it worked…
I bought the famous ‘How to effortlessly quit smoking’ and despite the repetitiveness of the not always smoothly written text, I strongly appreciated that most of the given explanations were based on actual smokers experiences instead of just making sly remarks about why you should quit (cancer, pack’s prices!).
Anyhow, I found these explanations factual, true and honest.
Many little things which, to the discretion of the reader, slowly come and go, repeatedly, like waves on a sand castle, rounding edges before making every last reason for not crushing that last butt disappear.
It was a little over a month ago. The benefits were not long to appreciate (no more headaches, less tired, desire to practice sport again, no more smelly clothes…) not counting the joy of my surroundings (my fiancée, my children, colleagues…).
There, that’s it, my FeedBack 2.0 on a smoke free life…

Salut,
Bravo!
A+
Pierric.

Stop Smoking with Hypnosis

I would really like to believe that hypnosis helps for quiting this addiction, but I am quite skeptical about it. I am a smoker for few good years now and I tried to quit several times. I’ve come to think that I can’t do it alone, I need consistent professional help.
